How much is shipping?

FREE Standard Post for orders within Australia and valued at $150 AUD or above*
$10 for Standard Post for orders within Australia under the value of $149.99 AUD
$15 for Express Post with Signature
$20 for international shipping

What is your shipping process?

Kustom Auto Garage use third party carrier who deliver in a timely manner.

All Australian domestic orders are shipped with Signature.

Please note that “Authority to Leave” may be requested by the receiver as their own discretion. Kustom Auto Garage will not not be held liable for these orders if they go missing.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to provide same day processing for all online orders received 8am Eastern Australia time. (for stocked items)

Please note: you may experience delays in shipping during sale periods and if arriving from an overseas location.

Can I change my order once placed?

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order you cannot make any changes due to packing and shipping procedures.

This includes cancelling or swapping of any sizes or items within your order.

How long does delivery take?

Domestic: Once shipped, deliveries are generally between 1-5 days depending on which state you live in.


International: Once shipped deliveries are generally between 7-14 days depending on which country you reside in and what their customs procedure is.

Please note: These time frames are subject to change.

My package has been damaged in transit. What can I do?

We take great care in packaging your goods safely.

In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit, we cannot accept responsibility however, will assist in forwarding complaints and details to directly to the carrier.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel depending on the carrier.

Will I have to pay for customs and duties?

Yes, all international orders are responsible for customs and duties.

Can I pick up an online order instore?

At this stage Kustom Auto Garage is online only. Pick up is not available.

What currency is used online?

All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

What do I do if I've received an incorrect or faulty item?

First off, we’re so sorry! Occasionally we, or the people processing your order, can make a mistake. If you believe your item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item please contact us via email so we can fix this for you ASAP.

How can I use a Gift Voucher/Promo Code?

Gift Vouchers and Promo Codes may be entered in the checkout.
Simply type in your code and click “apply" and your discount will be automatically applied to your order.
